The patient needed the removal of uncut fangs in the upper jaw, osteosynthesis and sinus lift (an increase in the amount of bone in the posterior maxilla) in the upper jaw. Thanks to the use of basal implants with cortical osseointegration, it was possible to restore the effectiveness of the dentition without removing fangs on the upper jaw and bone restoration.
